  I cannot believe that a "CATHOLIC" church is acting this way, but then again it doesn't surprise me either.
  Jesus never TURNED AWAY ANYONE, so who in this Catholic society has the right to turn this family or anyother family - NO MATTER what their situation is like? I am a good Catholic, but this is really upsetting me. I was always told that GOD does the judging - NOT a PRIEST. A priest is here to Stand in for God, to help us and lead us, This catholic community is DESERTING this family and judging them. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU !!!! As members of this church, you should be welcoming anyone with open arms - you know darn well Jesus would. As for all the accusations, then find away for this family and their children to fit in - DON'T KICK THEM OUT!!!

  This church is one that has ban an autistic child. There are many links on this. But i would think the church is this day and age to find some way for the boy to attend the church. The family seems to be very catholic and would be open to members of the parish help. Assuming that the members have offered there help dispite the unique need of support. Or maybe the family is not as devout(sp) as they seem and just love goin to church every sunday.
  
  So i think this parish and its leaders are suck in the past.

  A very friendly and welcoming parish community! Fr. Mitchell is a wonderful, reverent priest!
